I, Adam Sartori, CM of Dark Colony: Hartford, propose to remove the amendment to Administrative bylaw 4.D

From

4.D Election Procedures

     1. Elections, while public, will only show which game has voted, not who they have voted for until after the voting period.

     2. Comments from voting chronicles will also be disabled at the time to ensure anonymity for election votes only.

     1. Elections, while public, will only show which game has voted, not who they have voted for until after the voting period.

     2. Comments from voting chronicles will also be disabled at the time to ensure anonymity for election votes only.

     3. The HST of a chronicle will be able to see how their CM has voted, but not the whole vote itself, simply how their chronicle has voted in an election.

Reasoning: Since CMs are not required to be STs or the HSt of their game there is no oversight or counter balance to confirm how their CM has voted in election until after the vote has already finished.  This does not eliminate blind voting, but does allow an HST to confirm their CM has voted as per the chronicles wishes.  Checks and balances are important to election process, and I believe this is a needed addition.
