[PROPOSAL] R&U change to the Hajj bloodline [Autopass]

Pursuant to Coordinator Bylaw 3.C.iii, the Nosferatu Coordinator proposes that the current R&U Listing for Coordinator Approval be amended to alter the following under section 5.A of the R&U bylaws:
Moving Hajj from being under the purview of the Assamite Coordinator to the Nosferatu Coordiinator.
The reason for this is that the Hajj are a Nosferatu bloodline (Refer to the Book "Desert Winds: Arabia By Night" for details), and thus, as the R&U bylaw states "The closest “full-blood” clan Coordinator shall coordinate appropriate bloodlines and creature types", they should be under the jurisdiction of the Nosferatu Coordinator.
This proposal does not change the rarity of the Hajj or alter their current level of regulation.
This has already been discussed with the Assamite Coordinator.
