Coordinator Bylaw 3.c.ii states Genre Coordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, R&U Named characters, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion and if no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable.

I as the Setite Coordinator wish to separate the Udja-Sen Mummies out of the Standard Mummy classifications (2/3 majority vote...Very Rare) and place it under Coordinator Approval.

Justification: While standard Mummies are extremely unbalancing for games to have and require Council votes because of their special circumstances regarding the Web of Faith and over all power level, Udja-Sen are unique in that while they cannot access the really powerful Hekau because of their flaw (unsoakable damage equal to the Sekhem spent on Hekau), they can regain Sekhem, or spiritual energy, outside of the Web of Faith much more easily than other Mummies. They also do not have the same in-born sense of Balance (read as: morality) as other Mummies do. Both of these things combined with their semi-outcast nature within Mummy society lends to them being more far-flung than others, as well as greater interaction with other supernatural creatures.

I feel that they can provide a great support PC or NPC to any chronicle, without the risk of being as over the top as the rest of Mummy: the Resurrected tends to be.
