Autopass: Greater Akuma (REVISED)

I forgot to put the "I hereby propose that..." on the other one. lets just pretend that I did!!!!

Start of proposal

I hereby propose the following change to the R&U Bylaws:

Greater Akuma (as detailed in The Thousand Hells page 114-117) will be coordinator approval.

This would consist of the following changes to the R&U Bylaws of the One World by Night document:

ADD "Greater Akuma: Any character who is, or posses the traits of a Greater Akuma as detailed on pages 114-117 of The Thousand Hells book. This includes, but is not limited to characters who know The Pact of Ebony and Scarlet Jade. This does not include 'regular' Akuma, characters that have the Flaw 'Akuma' but are not Greater Akuma, or characters who are thought to be Greater Akuma." to R&U Bylaws 4.

Reason: Greater Akuma have several game unbalancing abilities, and the trait caps of a Dharma 7 Kuei-Jin. It is important for the coordinator to regulate this kind of power on an organization wide level.

Now they fit neatly into coordinator approval. No special category here.
