Daughters of Cacophony PC and NPCs to Coordinator Approval

In accordance with Coordinator bylaw 3.C.iii, I propose that the R&U Classification of Daughters of Cacophony be changed from Rare to Coordinator Approval.

The Daughters of Cacophony are a small slice of genre that has been primarily lead by the players themselves. This change in classification is a direct result of the request of the Players of the Daughters of Cacophony and the distress they have experienced by both PC and NPC not conforming to the accepted canonical genre. In addition, the recent requests for information regarding NPC Daughters of Cacophony has shown empirically that there is a lack of regard from several games to portray their NPCs within accepted genre guidelines.

At this time, Grandfathering of all NPC and PC Daughters of Cacophony will begin from the time this proposal passes and for 4 (Four) calendar months afterward. All Daughters of Cacophony must be registered with both the Toreador Coordinator and the Archivists, regardless of genre of game in which the Daughter of Cacophony is housed. Once the 4 month Grandfathering period has elapsed, any unregistered Daughters of Cacophony will no longer be valid for play.
