[Administrative Proposal] Removal of Administrative Bylaw 3.G, Re-Proposals

This does not require a Second, but if you do not agree you may put Objection in the subject line to force this Proposal to go to a vote.====================================================================

I hereby propose the following be removed from the Bylaws:

"G. Withdrawal and Revising an Immediate Re-Proposal
i. If a Proposal is made and Withdrawn during its discussion period in order to alter, fix, or otherwise adjust the proposal, and is then re-Proposed within one (1) week of the Withdrawl, the author will now substitute "[Re-Proposal]" in the subject line of the email instead of "[Proposal]" (per 3.A.i.2)."

When I proposed this to be added to the Bylaws, we had a lot of propping, unpropping, re-propping, and as AHC I had no clue which Proposal was which and I figured this would help keep track of which one was current. In reality, this bylaw addition just clutters up the Bylaws and I don't think it helps. C'est la vie.
