iii) Genre Co-ordinators must pass before Council any plot, enforced policy, or binding edict they wish to use which they can reasonably expect to affect multiple chronicles and these proposals need not be seconded, but go immediately into discussion. (1) If no opposition is voiced during the week of discussion, the proposal is considered passed and enforceable. Once passed these are considered binding to all chronicles and a chronicles refusal to adhere is grounds for OWBN disciplinary measures. G) Any character that changes Classification due to the Classification being changed shall be considered grand fathered to the new Classification, and shall not require any further action by Council to approve them.
i) This only applies to characters that change category due to Coordinator or Council action, and not to new characters or characters that undergo changes to their sheet.
ii) There shall be a 30-day grace period to submit information to the archivist for any character that changes classification due to the classification being changed unless otherwise stipulated in a classification change vote.

Iowa City, IA - USA, Fields of Rage | Abstain
Buffalo, NY - USA, Frozen Queen | Abstain | Awaiting local player opinions. |
Berkeley, CA - USA, Wasting the Dawn | Against | WtD is against any DA powers anywhere because they were designed for another system and are an unbalancing factor in the entire organization. Anyone who feels differently is, by definition, more concerned with the ability to spend free xp then they are about definitive role play; otherwise this debate wouldn't even exist. |

Indianapolis, IN - USA, Stars Never Rise | Against | I reiterate my objection to the proposal: ''Dark Ages powers belong in Dark Ages games, not in the modern nights, with rare exceptions that should never leave the Carpathians. I also have a problem with mixing Dark Ages powers with modern powers in the same path as well. Pick a time period and stick with it, as opposed to the most powerful version of a power. Furthermore, what is the serious need to ram a revision through when the last one isn't even a year old?'' And to quote an Indy player: ''Why is it so hard for the Tzmmie coord to try for a ''genre packet'' that actually includes the genre-based limitations of Koldunism? Like how it is supposedly possessed almost exclusively by European elders and how Kolduns don't like to travel much. It's a power set based on being an ancient Carpathian Wampyre in your freaking castle on the top of the mountain where the peasants cower in fear. Not the power of hopped-up Shovelheads driving around in a Jet/Helicopter/Motorcycle/ Armoured Minivan/Aircraft Carrier/Orbiting Satellite (and yes, I've seen Kolduns in ALL THOSE THINGS) using Way of Spirit to automagically win everything. Yeah, OWBN ain't WW genre anymore. But still, when the power is made powerful on purpose but has limitations written into it, why does no one actually use the limitations?'' |
Winona, MN - USA, Winona Dark Haven | For
Auburn, CA - USA, Lux Tenebras | For
Cedar Falls, IA - USA, Blackhawk Co. by Night | For | The packet is 10000% better than its predecessors, and better than the current binding packet. Currently we are voting 'for' but will change our vote pending more player feedback. |

St. Augustine, FL - USA, On Haunted Ground | Against
Annapolis, MD - USA, Vitae Aeternus | For
Chicago, IL - USA, New Moon Rising | Abstain | Werewolf chronicle, shouldn't affect us much, so abstaining. However, I feel that this does draw too much from Dark Ages supplements and that needs to be said. |

Chronicle/Position Unknown | For | There is nothing wrong with pulling from the Dark Ages seeing how WW was prone to publish. WW constantly published their 'updates' to the clans in their Dark Ages books. Like the Gangrel, Setites, Assamites during the 1st edition of DA which were eventually updated into the 3rd ed clan books. And now we have clans that the only source of an update (again) is through the DA because of how WW published it's books like the Lasombra and Tzimisce. If you have such a stigma against DA books or what whatever it is they update, then don't use it. |
