Proposal:
That a YahooGroup be established immediately to be named
OWbN-Coord-Planning (or some variation) for the One World By Night Coord team.
This list is for them to plan and coordinate amongst themselves responses, outlines, plots, proposals as well as general witty banter to help keep themselves amused and that they treat each other civilly if not courteously and realize that the person on the other end of the screen is a human being.
That the HC, and AHC's be the moderators for this list and that ALL Coords are on this list.
That should a council rep or storyteller feel the need to review this list that they be given read only permissions on the group.
That any dispute on this list be moderated and brought to council.
That the OWBN-Council list still be used as the official communication forum for Coords and Council Reps.

New York City, NY - USA, Kings of New York | Against | While i like the idea, in general, i feel this is a run-around of what we were actually trying to acheive. |
Saint Paul, MN - USA, Obsidian Towers | Against | All the Coords should all ready be on a list (including the Tremere Coord). The Council Reps and STs don't need to hear everything the Coords are saying until they are done with the discusion. How many lists do we need? We have an ST list for STs and Coords to talk and a Council list for Council conscerns. |

Chicago, IL - USA, Dark Requiem | Against | I cannot support allowing read only access without some indication as to what circumstances might allow this to occur. frankly, there are STs out there that I would not trust to information like that discussed on Coord lists....hell, there are Coords I don't trust. Also, why can't we just take the ''old'' list and make it official? no need for a full new one.... |
Winona, MN - USA, Winona Dark Haven | Abstain
San Francisco, CA - USA, Always Comes Evening | For | There's an unofficial one that the Tremere Coord is not on. This would be an official one that all coords should be on (provided they have a computer). It's one of those we need it in the bylaws in the hopes that people stop bitching about ''he emailed/she emailed''s and that council instead of being a McCarthy-lite witchhunt arm of the organization get on with Council like things. |
Cleveland, OH - USA, Carpe Noctum | Against | There is no need to pry into a coordinating list. There is no need for an official list. Reasonable requests for transcripts of an informal list are likely to be honored, unless it is specifically a no-disclosure list. Members of OWBN need to be less paranoid about the activities of the elected officials and coordinators that they have selected. Trust... |
Washington, DC - USA, Shadows on the Mall | Abstain | I thought there already was on of these, and that everyone but the Tremere coord was on it? |
Phoenix, AZ - USA, Secundus Surrectum | Against | More bureaucracy, and we already have a list. Just put Dennis on it. |
Kenosha, WI - USA, Memento Mori | Abstain
Gimli, MB - Canada, Sang Nordique | For
Northern Virginia, VA - USA, Night Falls | For
Annapolis, MD - USA, Vitae Aeternus | For | Members of an organization should have the rigth to over see thier governing body. Since the adoption of the coordinators power act the coords have become an extension of the council's ability to create rules for this org. As such council should be entitled to oversite over the coords. Also let get them all on a list and get them talking. I'd rather they be helping games then bickering about stuff. |

Chronicle/Position Unknown | For | We have a list for storytellers to discuss plots and ideas and for them to cross reference and the such. We have a list for council members to raise questions, voice concerns and discuss the organization. These are both moderated. Why should we not also have a list for the coords to do the same thing? It is merely a form of organization that keeps things together and moving smoothly. |

Chronicle/Position Unknown | For | Might as well. I don't think that the list need to be open to any council member or ST who wants to take a peek, but hey, what do I know, right? |

Chronicle/Position Unknown | Against | All coords need to be on a single list to talk together but am against open read-only access. |
