Coordinator Election Amendment

Coordinator Ballot selections
Proposal: For the next elections, all candidates for positions within OWbN must meet one of the following requirements:

1. They must have the support of 5 or more member chronicles of OWbN
2. They must have the support of the Head Coordinator

The Head Coordinator will still collect all prospective coordinator applications, and will have several days in which to peruse said applications. The Head Coordinator can choose to put forth his/her own candidates, but all candidates meeting the 1st requirement must be included on the ballot. Each candidate must list prominently on their
resume from where their support is coming. Chronicles may support more than one candidate in this manner and they do not have to vote for the candidate(s) they supported.

Notes:
Since many proposals of late are giving more power to the coordinators of OWbN, I feel Council should have more of a say in who gets on the ballot for these positions.
Also, it removes some of the responsibility from the Head Coordinator to police the coordinators.
Finally, it ensures that Everyone who is interested and can find the support may attempt to run.
