This does not require a Second, but if you do not agree you may put Objection in the subject line to force this Proposal to go to a vote.====================================================================

I have heard a lot of people are not pleased and disagree with the Bylaw Proposal that passed for 7.B.ii, and had wanted it a separate vote because 7.B.i was sufficiently important enough to pass into the Bylaws that 7.B.ii rode with it.

7.B.ii wasn't my Ammendment, and while I had no particular objections to it and let it ride along, I'm also willing to take it back out and let that be a chronicle house rule if games oppose.

With that said, I hereby propose to remove 7.B.ii, and give Council a chance to vote on this line separately:

"The level of a combination discipline is equal to its highest level component discipline; as such those with advanced discipline components can only be taught by those with Elder level disciplines."

Yes, or no?

Thanks.
