[Administrative Proposal] Revision to Administrative Bylaw 8.D.5.a - Consistency of wording

This does not require a Second, but if you do not agree you may put Objection in the subject line to force this Proposal to go to a vote.====================================================================

I hereby propose the following:

Current:
"a. The chronicle will submit any chronicle disciplinary actions to the elected Archivist via their quarterly chronicle report, which then will compile and maintain a record of all members given chronicle disciplinary actions. This list will be available to any ST, Council Member, or Coordinator within OWBN. They may ask the Historian/Archivist for the list of players, or may inquire after a particular member in that regard."

Proposed:
"a. The chronicle will submit any chronicle disciplinary actions to the elected Archivist via their ***regularly scheduled*** chronicle reports, which then will compile and maintain a record of all members given chronicle disciplinary actions. This list will be available to any ST, Council Member, or Coordinator within OWBN. They may ask the Historian/Archivist for the list of players, or may inquire after a particular member in that regard."

The change: I revised "quarterly" to "regularly scheduled" as this section wasn't changed with the revision that made us no longer quarterly, per this vote:

This is a removal of redunancy: Bylaw 5.D.iii.2 already states when reports are due, and leaving definitions of report due dates elsewhere has left inconsistencies in our Bylaws. I have put in "regularly scheduled" to keep this bylaw flexible in the future.
