[Administrative Proposal] Revision of Coordinator Bylaw 2, Appointed Coordinators

This does not require a Second, but if you do not agree you may put Objection in the subject line to force this Proposal to go to a vote.====================================================================

I hereby propose a change to the following to streamline this Bylaw:

Current:
"2. Appointed Coordinator Positions
A. The following Coordinator positions shall be appointed by, and report to, the Head Coordinator and Assistant Head Coordinators as needed until such time as the Council feels the genre requires an elected Coordinator position:
i. Wraith
ii. Changeling
iii. Kuei-jin
iv. Mage
v. Web Coordinator
B. Appointed Genre Coordinators shall be the recognized authority on their respective genres and as such receive all rights and responsibilities under Coordinator Bylaws Section 3, Subsection C.
i. Appointed Coordinators may be removed from office at will by their respective elected Coordinator or by a majority vote of Council.
ii. Coordinators are responsible for all disputed issues that are brought before Council."

Proposed:

"2. Appointed Coordinator Positions

vi. Ravnos

i. Appointed Coordinators may be removed from office at will by the respective elected Coordinator that appointed them, or by a majority vote of Council."

Changes:
1. I removed the ability for AHCs to appoint. They don't, and so it doesn't need to be there.
2. Added Ravnos... which somehow fell through the cracks. [Note that the Ravnos were voted to be #5 in 2004, but never added to the Bylaws, and WebCoord was voted to be #5 in 2008 because Ravnos weren't on the list, so I tucked Ravnos into the #6 slot to keep the most recent Council-approved bylaw line item locations consistent.]
3. Clarified B.i
4. Removed B.ii. It wasn't directly relevant to Appointed Coordinators and is duplicated by later portions of the Coordinator Bylaws.
