[PROPOSAL]
All Council votes require a quorum representation of at least half (1/2) of all member chronicles. If the total number of votes on any Council Proposal ("yes," "no," "abstain," etc) do not equal half or more of all member chronicles, the Head Coordinator may choose to extend the duration of the voting period to provide time for more chronicles to place their votes. If a quorum of 1/2 is not reached once a vote closes, the vote fails.

| Head Coord | No | I like the concept, but it's another layer of red tape I'd rather not track if it's all the same to everyone else... Games should light fires under the butts of the games not voting, but I'd rather business not be impeded by the apathetic. Most votes don't get more than 50 votes so that would invalidate Proposals that the system says are otherwise passed votes. Also, this makes the Autopass votes incredibly powerful... we don't need the 50.1% of chronicles to vote. |
