Where the genre packet currently says:

"Brujah combo disciplines may only be taught by a Brujah. Non-Brujah with a Brujah combo must be logged with the Brujah Coordinator."

I would like to change it to say:

"Brujah combo disciplines may only be taught by a Brujah. The Iron Glare, Scourge of Alecto, Iron Heart, and Burning Wrath may only be learned by Brujah. Any other Brujah combo discipline taught to a non-Brujah must be logged with the Brujah Coordinator. This restriction does not allow grandfathering."

Reason:

I feel that teaching clan specific combo disciplines to individuals not of the clan is against genre. These combo disciplines are supposed to be rare within the clan in question, and unheard of outside of it. The one or two exceptions that may exist in WW Canon (of which I have no examples, but I do not scour obscure books) are not meant to indicate that the teaching of these powers is something that happens.

These disciplines were originally made notification to the Brujah Coord office because we had hoped to curtail the widespread existence of these disciplines out of clan. Unfortunately the Brujah team feels that they are still too prolific, and not treated with proper consideration to genre, so we are taking the next step in regulation.

Iron Heart, in particular, is intended to combat the powers of the Ventrue - their most hated enemies - and should be a closely guarded secret so that others don't even know it exists, much less taught the power. The Iron Glare is reserved for Brujah Primogen specifically to give an advantage in representing the clan. Scourge of Alecto was a 2nd Ed power that channeled the Brujah's fury and loosely held control over his own rage into another creature, causing it to "claw its way out" and doing damage. Burning Wrath, similarly, is a manifestation of the Brujah’s inner rage. I do not feel that any other clan has the inner rage of the Brujah clan to properly understand or use these powers. Finally, in the Clanbook Brujah Revised, Burning Wrath and Iron Heart specifically make reference to the "Brujah" with this power, and the Counsel of Primogen book makes reference to “Brujah” in the wording of The Iron Glare, whereas Pulse of Undeath uses "Kindred" instead. This solidifies my belief that these powers are intended to be Brujah specific.

**amendment**

"Brujah combo disciplines may only be taught by a Brujah. Any non-Brujah learning a Brujah combination discipline, as defined in the packet, must receive Coordinator Approval. This restriction does not allow for grandfathering."

This replaces the wording above about COORDINATOR APPROVAL.
