Addition of Legacy Coordinator to Administrator Bylaws

A change of Coordinator bylaw 1 from:

1. Elected Coordinator Positions
The Head Coordinator shall present the following positions for election as per the
Administrative Bylaws, Section 4.B:
A. Administrative
i. Assistant Head Coordinators (2 positions)
ii. Admissions Coordinator
iii. Finance Coordinator
B. Genre Coordinators
i. Sect Coordinators
1. Camarilla
2. Sabbat
3. Anarch
ii. Clan Coordinators
1. Assamite
2. Brujah
3. Gangrel
4. Giovanni
5. Lasombra
6. Malkavian
7. Nosferatu
8. Setite
9. Toreador
10. Tremere
11. Tzimisce
12. Ventrue
13. Ravnos
iii. Changing Breeds Coordinator
1. The Changing Breeds Coordinator shall be accountable for all of the
Changing Breeds as outlined by White Wolf.

iv. Legacy Coordinator
1. The Legacy Coordinator shall be responsible for all printed material that transcends the purview of a different Coordinator and/or combines two genres from one resource (ex. Midnight Circus, Blood Dimmed Tides, etc.) as well as mortal-based resources such as Project Twilight and Hunter's Hunted.

The Coordinator falls under the power and responsibilities of a Genre Coordinator as is outlined under Coordinator ylaws Section C.

The Coordinator's purview begins with the books Midnight Circus, Project Twilight, Hunter's Hunted and all NPCs contained within those resources.

Elections for this position will happen during normal election time but for the remainder of the 2009 term will be handled by Joshua Wasta.
