AUTOPASS Nosferatu Clan Packet Minor Edit

I, J.J. Commisso, Nosferatu Coordinator, am proposing the following change to Part 1: Page 6, of the current Nosferatu Clan Packet 2009.

th Personal Prestige (Global Event): It is rare, but every once in a while a Nosferatu comes along that not only exemplifies the clan, but goes above and beyond their duty to serve and protect the family. This is the highest level of recognition and the ultimate sign of respect that a PC can achieve. A PC may be nominated for this 7th Prestige at a major event game (example: a conclave) and if all present agree, then a vote will be put forward on SchreckNET to the entirety of the clan. A unanimous vote is necessary for this prestige to be awarded.

This was an oversight in the current revision, which was discussed, but we forgot to alter it because it was doubtful anyone would reach this particular status. However, the current staff feels strongly that no one person should have the power to deny multiple years of dedication and role play if a player character was nominated for such a prestige.
