Coord Review Bylaw

Now that both props are withdrawn I will as per my word repropose as I recieved very little cretique.

Brandywine : Garou on the Rocks proposes the following alternative prop to PC & NPC Oversight.

3. Coordinator Duties
C. Genre Coordinators
ii.
3. Genre Coordinators may collect information on clan/sect/species
activities (or in the case of the Justicar Coordinators, on matters
which have been brought IC to the Justicar’s attention) from the STs
or other Coordinators, who shall not misrepresent such information.
a. Failure to provide necessary information to a Coordinator or
intentional misrepresentation of information shall be brought
before Council and considered appropriate grounds for
punitive measures.
* b. At any time Genre Coordinators may request an audit of a games active PC's for review. If it is found that a character is out of genre standards; it is then brought before Council and considered for appropriate punitive measures. This review may not be refused by the chronicle but only extends to the PCs of the appropriate genre the coordinator represents. In the case of a Mixed Genre Chronicle or a Main Genre Chronicle with a different genre sub-chronicle, the chronicle is then subject to all appropriate coordinators.*
