3. Coordinator Duties
A. Administrative Coordinators
i. Head Coordinator
1. The Head Coordinator shall be responsible, to the best of their ability, for duties assigned to the position as outlined within the bylaws of the network.
2. The Head Coordinator may be sought as a binding arbiter in a disputed between parties with the consent of all involved, as opposed to taking the matter directly to Council. The HC has the right to refuse.
a. This responsibility may not be delegated without prior permission from all parties involved.

2. The Head Coordinator may be sought as a binding arbiter in a disputed between parties with the consent of all involved, as opposed to taking the matter directly to Council. The HC has the right to refuse.

b. Such mediation shall remain confidential and shall not be made public by action of the executive team unless;
1. Disciplinary Action as a result of such mediation is sought after.
c. Any discussion of mental health issues, status as survivor of any type of assault, or similarly personal issues shall not be disclosed without that individual's express and written consent to do so.
1. Refer to Administrative Bylaw 12 for specific rules regarding confidentiality
2. The redaction of such material from official logs that are shown to council should be done in such a way as to not imply that such material exists.

12. Health Confidentiality
A. The health issues of players shall be considered confidential. Discussion of a person’s health issues without that person’s consent is not permitted on any OWbN communication forum or in emails related to OWbN unless:
i. That individual has given written consent for their issues to be discussed;
ii. Discussion of those issues are in conjunction with Disciplinary Action and are relevant to that action; or
iii. The disclosure of the information is required by law.
