[WITHDRAWN] [Proposal] 4 July, 2018 - Jocastian Bonus XP Removal [Requires Second]

I, Rob Beckett, CM of Orlando: Magic Kingdom hereby propose that characters having recieved the Bonus experience as outlined in the Sabbat Factions Packet (2017) have that bonus experience removed from their sheets. 

 

In order to ensure that this is properly handled, the Sabbat Coordinator (or the Malkavian Coordinator if  http://www.owbn.net/votes/99661 passes) should appoint an individual (or do it themself) to reach out to each Player and ST that has been approved to play a Jocastian and to advise them that they are unintentionaly out of compliance and that they need to correct the issue.

 

"Those who first join the Jocastians as preexisting characters immediately gain a one time experience point bonus of 30 XP. Brand new characters made at the start as Jocastians gain instead an additional 100 experience point bonus. This points should be spent in knowledge based abilities and merits.

 

Additionally, New members of the Jocastians gain a recurring 2xp Bonus above the limited 8xp a month cap in OWbN. This bonus ends when the character has earned a total of 30xp in this manner. These points must as well be spent on Knowledge based abilities, backgrounds, and merits"

 

Rationale: 

It is unfair to other players in the org that Jocastians are given additional XP either upon joining, character generation or on a recurring basis. Every character is bound to each XP at a rate of 8 points maximum per month and a starting maximum of +60.
