[Proposal][Autopass][R&U Bylaw Regulation] Adding Road of the Abyss for Non-Lasombra as Coordinator Approval

Pursuant to Coordinator bylaw §3.C.iii, as the Lasombra Coordinator I, Anthony Nordman, propose the following:
 
Add to Character bylaw L vi Paths of Enlightenment the following:
 
8. Non-Lasombra on Road of the Abyss - PC: Coordinator Approval - NPC: Coordinator Approval
 
Rationale:
First and foremost, this is being done to bring Lasombra genre in line administratively with other genres that have already brought their various paths of enlightenment under Coordinator purview.
 
The intent here is to reinforce genre of the rarity of learning Abyssal Mystiscism as a Non-Lasombra, and add an extra step to assure they are following the correct route to do so.
 
This proposal does not allow grandfathering.
