One World by Night is hosting a very special one shot on Thursday at Midwinter Gaming Convention

The One World by Night Staff for Midwinter Gaming Convention's Thursday Night have been working their tails off in preparation for this big event! We invite gamers of all flavors to come join us for a night utilizing the By Night Studios Mind's Eye Theatre: Vampire: The Masquerade rules!
We are also looking at you, Werewolf: The Apocalypse players! This game will be run with the Mind’s Eye Theatre: Vampire The Masquerade and Mind’s Eye Theatre: Werewolf The Apocalypse Alpha Slice Rules. Players may choose to convert existing OWBN characters or create new characters using these rulesets to participate in this one-night event. Werewolf characters will be limited and require special approval from staff to enter play!
This event will be hosted on Thursday night, January 15th, 2015 at the Hilton Milwaukee City Center starting at 7:00 PM and will go till Midnight. What makes this event special is the staff has compiled a Scavenger Hunt list to not only utilize the rules to their full potential but also for awesome prizes!.
One of the Scavenger Hunt items is as simple as making a sheet and getting it approved before the big game! In the document, you'll find an Excel example to help you along! We would love to see new sheets or even converted sheets! Check out the directions on how to do both!
We encourage One World By Night players to recreate their current sheets!

Why are we gathering room #'s, you may ask? We have been given some premium space this year. Us booking rooms at the host hotel is our way that we can show our support of Midwinter!
For those who aren't familiar with convention logistics - when a convention host signs up for a space, the price they pay for their space is typically tied in with a commitment to book a certain # of rooms / room nights. In some cases, a hotel will charge a lot more if the host doesn't meet the minimum requirements in their contract.
