Hello everyone! It is your friendly, neighborhood Tremere Coordinator! I am looking forward to another year of denying players Thaumaturgy until they have bled for it, reading several hundred emails a week, and more hashtags being generated about my tenure as Coordinator.

For the kids at home, I think it goes something like this: #coordofbetrayal #ijustwantlevinbolt #thaumtyrant #blamealexrushing

Personal Statement:

It is that time of year again where I come to Council and ask to be allowed to continue to guide Clan Tremere through another year of email, Tribunals, and demands for Thaumaturgy.

This year was one of the hardest years I've seen for a Coordinator Team, and 2015 is going to be a year where the various Coordinators re-learn how to communicate and work together. All of us failed at that this year, and I for one am committed to getting back on track and working together to keep OWbN afloat.

I believe in restraint. I believe that custom powers and the need for STs and players to find the next killer app with regards to powers is damaging to OWbN. I believe that only constant outreach and communication will help us figure out the very real issues that face us: the organization is at somewhat of a crossroads as to the direction it wants to go, and I plan on sitting in my little corner and try to make sure that direction is as well-thought-out as possible.

This year showed two things: that the systems I have put in place (approvals for Tremere PCs and active Subcoordinators) work, and that having a newborn child wreaks havoc on your expectations of a normal life. After a few months of chaos, my team and I have ironed out most of the kinks and are trucking along at our usual pace. There are areas that still need improvement, and I was incredibly frustrated with the difficulties last year of juggling baby duties with duties to OWbN, but we are on track to be more efficient than ever before.

Goals:

- We established a baseline for new Tremere characters, and now are looking to increase the numbers of active Tremere. We approved all but a handful of Tremere concepts last year, and worked with the players and STs to come up with coherent backgrounds and to integrate them more fully into Clan play.

- Looking to increase membership in the smaller Houses and push activity to the larger Houses. I have several small plots in the wings, waiting to encourage PC interaction.

- Working with the Justicoords and Assamite Coordinator to bring the Assamite story to a close regarding their hunt for a Justicar.

- Planning Grand Tribunal 2015.

- Working with my fellow Coordinators and Council to address CCP's concerns over our packets and, once that is resolved, updating the Tremere packets.

- Working with my fellow Blood Magic Coordinators to create uniform standards to keep blood magic from becoming even more ridiculous than it already is.
