2015 - Ravnos - William Lee
Introduction and Background:
Hi guys and gals,
My name is William Lee and I have been your Ravnos coord for the last 2 years. I have been apart of OWBN for about 10 years now, and served all over the place sub-coord wise. I goto several events a year (work permitting), and am very active email wise. I have worked with many games with both plots and character creation, and have run 2 national plots in my last 2 terms, and plan to run more :P
I apologize for not currently having a section in Portuguese. I will attempt to get a translation as soon as possible.

Personal Statement:
I have spent the last two years of Ravnos overlording changing rarities, running plots, and assisting chronicles. I hope to continue that in the coming year, and shifting focus to the Roma section of the clan. Where the main body of the clan is both Indian and Anti I have lowered the rarity on Americans and that has bolstered their numbers up in an attempt to get back in line with genre.
This year my plan is somewhat two fold. To revamp the packet adding some of th Roma material for both Ravnos and non ravnos pcs, and to run at least one more national plot to help kick start the new packet. I have at least 10 pcs with coord level mentors, and have assisted/approved many mentors for game level use as well. The entire focus of my past and hopefully future terms is to help give storytellers aid in their plots, events resources they need, and players RP tools to continue having a fun time with the genre.
I have worked with 3 other coords, and 2 events on plots this year, and want to keep that unity and synergy alive. To often games/chronicles/coords do not work together, do not get along, or just dont talk to each other. I want to help destroy that barrier and make it so players have more access to what my office has to offer, as well as enjoy their LARPing experience.
Goals:
I went over this in my personal statement but I will restate it here.
-Continue to gather information on how to revamp the Roma/Gypsy genre
-In addition to Gypsy based plots I want to help bolster and grow the Americans
-Revamp the packet to;
-Add more material for the family that is non Ravnos, and for the families that are
-Update the merits/flaws
-Update the paths (eastern and western)
-Structure the packet for easier read and understanding
-Expand the American to encompass the Anarchs as well as non aligned
-Actually add a section on the American as they grow
-Pull focus away from the mass breeding of Indian and the Jati, and shape the ones that remain into a more genre group
-Continue the focus the Anti's get, as they are the largest part of the player base, but shift it to more Anti npcs, not gypsy/Indians who happen to be anti
